How do I get more Likes from Logan?

I'm currently at zero hearts with 37likes, finished the Werewolf and Bareshade Expansion event. Currently at the Troubles in the Den, extra event says I need 40 likes for the heart? But his repeatable quest gives none. I am lost.

Did you choosed to run after him during the Full Moon event?

Because I think that's the first step to do unlock his first heart and necessary for the second

Oh so you'll get hard locked from anybother hearts if that wasn't achieved? That's unfortunate, I'll have to restart all over again. But am assuming Bernard wouldn't be locked out if we don't choose him in the Full Moon event?

No, he won't. It happens with Logan probably because choosing him is a very important step with your relationship and just after it he start to feel safer around you.

If you do not choose Bernie, nothing will happen. You'll still be able to have all his hearts.
