Did kind of software did you use to make a game? I've seen this UI from alot of other games and am just interested if you use any certain one.
RPG MAKER MV/MZ was used ^^. You can find it on steam.

MZ is slightly better than MV but MV is older so have more free plugins available for it. So there's no good choice.
