Not exactly. There are plenty of Renpy games that run just fine on Android including some very large games on low end devices.
Unfortunately, this game is not one of them.
You can try Joiplay and see if that doesn't work.
It probably won't because the last time I tried it, it errored out and closed.
it is not because of your cellphone, it is because of renpy, renpy games are not made to be played on pc
