Then the Stars Fell: The simplicity of your orchestration and the use of dorian mode gives the folky sound that definitely would accompany a sailor out on the ocean. I like the gentle pulsing between the heavy drones which feels like small waves between large swells. The bowed strings that enter partway into the song give a great imagery of the shooting stars increasing in number.

Scattered, Alone: These textures are so cool. It sounds like you are using a reverse pluck of a piano or mandolin which has a very spacey feel to it. There is an ominous and barren quality to this track that definitely captures the alone-ness. The piano arpeggios make it feel slightly less so and is good musical representation of the star that the sailor finds.

Ship Repairs: The more upbeat nature of this piece makes it a great change of pace for a mini-game or task-based portion of the game. This is a great use of polyrhythms as well that gives a sense of busy-ness to the work you are doing to repair the ship.

The Trade Ships: What a fun song! I like the use of chromaticism in the unsettling, yet somewhat playful melody.

A Star Rescued: The I-bVII vamp sounds so satisfying as a conclusion to this OST. I really like the melody you’ve written overtop and the plucked countermelody adds so much to it even through the sparseness of the accompaniment. Thank you so much for sharing your work!
