Wished Upon: The string melody is very beautiful and the production also sounds great. The crescendo in the bass and addition of the drums adds some momentum to your piece as it progresses. This is a very peaceful track and I think it sets the tone well for the game you describe and the rest of the OST.
The Waltz of Lost Wishes: My favorite part of this song is the low growly cello which adds a layer of ominousness to the music box-like melody. The melancholic nature of this piece is emphasized by the molto ritardando at the end.
Rippled Reflections: The use of 5/4 and the climbing intervals adds to the ripple/echo effect. Again I love the cello and the harmonizing viola in this track. I think this is my favorite track!
Tunnel Dreams: This has such an ethereal feel to it - I love it! This definitely feels dream-like and spacey. One thought that I had that I wonder if it could enhance this piece is to add a little variation in the bass after the first repeat. This definitely has a very mellow tone to it that you maybe did not want to add extra energy to.
The Final Wish: The use of 6/8 time gives this track a sea-faring feel. Of all your tracks, I think the melody of this one is the best written. I would have loved to have it a little bit louder in the mix because it’s so good!
Star Shower: Your experimentation with chord progressions yielded great results here that tell an interesting and bittersweet story. The end does feel nice and resolved though which does lend itself to a satisfying ending. Thank you so much for sharing!
