I’m trying to do the movement puzzle and I walked the path but I still got nothing except walking into the middle of the hall. I have the notebook out and everything on the start square and everything
Make sure you're looking up from the starting square when you begin. The sheer act of looking up from the square isn't a movement. The screen will shake it if worked. If you can't look down at the square, stand towards the middle and face it - then click it from afar.
