Thank you for making this asset package! It's just so nice! And it's amazing that it's free! T-T

I want to have these furniture in the game I'm playing! Can I use these assets to make a mod for the management game Stardew Valley? (This means I have to edit your assets to fit the game.)

I will only start making mods with your permission, but if you don't agree, then I won't do it.

Secondly, I would like to know if I can upload the finished mod to the mod sharing site if you give me permission to make it?

The mod will be released for free, I will not accept any kind of monetary reward, and I will state in the introduction that "All benefits of the mod will belong to aqua."

Of course! It's okay to refuse!

As stated in the terms and conditions, whether you allow me to share the mod or not, I will tag you and the URL of the asset pack on my social media sites after making the mod, and express my thanks!

This is admittedly a rather unexpected ask, and probably murkier waters than I'm anticipating, but I love Stardew Valley so much that I'm inclined to feel happy about this! I adore the idea of seeing my own work in the game somehow, so you have my permission to give this project a go.

The only thing I can think of, in addition to what you've already mentioned about credits and a URL link to this page, is that you also include in the terms & conditions of your mod something along the lines of "for personal use only; further modification and/or redistribution of the graphics within this mod is not allowed under any circumstance."

(Note to others that might find these comments: I'm only addressing and permitting @SHISIQUE in this particular case; anybody else with a similar idea, interest, or inquiry should ask me personally for permission in a separate comment somewhere on this page.)

There's something about your addition, I actually took that part into consideration, but I wanted to comment on so many things that I inadvertently left that out and didn't write it clearly! Very sorry about that!

In addition to the terms I mentioned before, I would have written in full on the mod release page that it would say.

"This mod is for personal use only. Please do not redistribute/directly modify/sell this mod, or I will simply delete it."

"All rights to this mod belong to aqua, if you really like this mod and are willing to pay a monetary reward, please click on the URL to the asset release page to provide financial support for aqua."

"If you want to make secondary modifications or other uses of the assets in this mod, please go to the asset release page to download aqua's original textures and get his permission."

After the mod is released, I'll post the link in the comments on this page, at which point if you have any questions or requests about what's written in the mod's introduction, let me know and I'll fix it right away!

Likewise, if someday you no longer allow me to distribute this mod, feel free to contact me and I will delete it immediately.

(I have one last question! Is your license limited to this asset pack only, or do you also allow me to use your other free assets? (I'm not good at English, so I'm afraid I won't understand you correctly and want to double check to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.)

If, after the mod is made, I don't upload the mod to Nexus for various reasons (like being too busy or changing my mind, etc.)
