Interesting concept, good plot and origin, now only depends on which direction will this game go?
If I may give some suggestions
Corruption, Non-Con, turn based combat, sandbox type element to explore many places such as different cities which each has their own main quests and side quest which will decide the state of the city based on players choices and such also things like shop to buy or sell or loot equipment, items, weapons from enemies would make it a great experience
U could check out "Wasteland Lewdness" I have played it and personally it has a lot of depth in game as a textbased game
