The "good end" is him liking you back, which leads to... not to spoil, I'll just say, a situation most wouldn't call "good" as a general rule of thumb.
I ran through, I think the tellers are choosing to order only one thing on the date, and calling him handsome. (It may not require both, but I just go with the best options.) Then when he's moving boxes, you choose to ask what's inside instead of offering to help.
There's two versions of the "good" end with him due to a quick time, as well.
Hope that clears it up. (I'm not the dev, just really enjoyed this game and went through each ending. I also can't guarantee what exactly tips it to the ending, but when I was trying to find the "good" ending/s, that got me through.)
