First impressions: This game felt very different from previously released games (makes sense since this is the second(?) made in 3D). But also Dregg himself felt different. (spoiler ahead) I actually picked wrong during a conversation with Sigh because I didn't expect him to ever actually try to end his life.
The game itself feels like it's in a rough state. It's pretty short but that didn't stop me from running into a couple large issues. The big one being Dregg getting misplaced into the hallway occasionally whenever it turns night or day. Forcing me to walk around blindly until I found his room. This happened around 6 times, making it fairly difficult to even complete the game, especially with no save-game feature.
There's a lot of glitchy sounds in the hallway. Especially the first time you get there. That with the lack of music made them very grating very quick. I won't ask you to remove them, but to at least lessen their severity.
The notice at the start struck me as odd. I don't have an issue with any of the writing in the game, except for this notice, basically telling that people are assholes if they have a problem with the game (and I hope you're not talking about glitch-problems because then no one is gonna avoid that one). I personally would reword it something like "If you have a problem with the game, don't be an asshole and complain about it on message boards". And if I have to admit that I am an asshole to complain about this, then let it be so, my only intention here is to help.
And one last thing. This game needs a seizure warning.
I'll be happy to follow and see what this series will become later on.
