It looks like you don't have an archiving application. Try installing 7-Zip or WinRAR or something like that, and unpack the game file.

tried both. didnt work still, same issue

When you right click on a file, is there a "7-Zip" or "Unpack file" option in the context menu? Maybe something similar?
