So, does DC agree to become combined with EC, but work as two individual parties? The Council cannot have more than 6 governing bodies (for all the seats in the Temples map in case a meeting is held)
the EC is too small, let's not allow them a power in the council first. they can still join and since it's on behalf of drago i think ec will influence dc's vote.

We don't know yet. The council can only stick to 6 council members at one time, so you could be part of the NU, just not have a voice in the council. We may kick out a clan if need be, or a main clan could merge with you.

yea, so currently TU doesn't have a voice but is part of the NU, we should ask drago how much of his 1 vote the EC should take, I prefer for them to have .25v of drago's vote.
