I have downloaded it but when a video tries to play its just a grey screen, images do load though.
I don't know what might be the problem. Do you have your browser updated?
And try different browser. The best results i have with the Opera-Browser. Mozilla often has drastic security problems in a lot of applications. So, it blocks a lot.
When downloading I normally use the app rather than a browser
