What do you mean by that?

I mean it is normal that b2 say "its all for now " for the hint after i was stab by hiroto ? The story is unfinished after that ?

No, there should be more in the story afterwards. You would meet the principal for classes and talk to her. If that is not happening you can try these things:

start from a previous save in the story and take different options maybe.
do quests of other characters.
start Over?
send me the save?

ok so I forgot indeed I had managed to go to the headmaster, now to see if I'm up to date in the story, could you tell me the last mission we can do?

For the main story, the last mission is when you hear about Kaito’s funeral on TV.
