See those chains r used as rape things u lock the “victim” to it and uh do them stuff
or just ppl who like having it rough
ohh ok if it were chains or rope it'd be much more obvious but that was one piece of metal looking like a brace/bracket and the area inside was small so i though it was used for technical reasons
