im not good with that so can you break it down so i know how to do that

Your mod folders may look something like this:

Strive
- Mods
  - ExpandedSex+ChastityBelt-v1.3e
    - Es-01-ExpandedSex
    - Es-02-ChastityBelt

The folders need to look like this:

Select and apply only those two mods, and restart the game.

Start a new progress, select Customized Start, and select Keyholder as your relation with your starting slave.

how about you finish your own game, I've been waiting for couple of month for you to even make it available to download let alone an actual update!
