First: do you acturely know "harem" mean? you choose to play that type and then asking for reality? in real life i think no guy can make thier harem
Second: if you told that "Unlike here where 2 woman are just talking about how they were impregnated by the same dude and they are just super chill about it." then you must be feel confused about main sleep with 2 girl.
