What does each building do? It doesn't say anywhere in the game what each building does. I just built a hospital and nothing changed o.o

Hi!
I will add an explanation in the next update.
But basically...
Houses increase the number of workers and you can send slaves to live alone in them, it won't change anything but it will allow you to have another slave in your house(although there is no other slave at the moment).
The tavern is to increase the happiness based on the social lvl of the slaves.
The brothel also increases happiness and gives money based on the slave's kinky stats.
The hospital does nothing at the moment but is to cure the slaves when they are sick or when they are pregnant.
The chapel is to recover morale by praying.
Alright, pretty neat. Also I've found a bug and some weird stuff I've noticed I'm not sure are bugs or working as intended. I also got some ideas if you could implement them.
Bug~~~
-After I send the slave to work and I gave her, her own home, once she's done I can no longer see her unless she's in the brothel.
Weird stuff.~~~
-The Endurance training only increases by 1%, when social training and me training the slave (lv 1 at least) increase XP by 10%
-Assigning work reduces happiness, and I can assign more work than I got citizens. It doesn't say anywhere in the tooltip that this happens.
-Morale would randomly drop and rise when I had the slave work in the brothel in some days even as I checked her over and she was still there working. I'm assuming it's because she's taking breaks or is sick but when I check her character sheet everything looks fine
Proposals~~~~
-When crafting stuff/working I would like to know how much I got, like when I craft fabric I would like to know how much I did so I don't overspend my time or resources.
- Have slaves be able to gain XP when doing work, not just when we train them, even if it's much lower than when we train them.
-Once endurance training is done, have me back at Amelie's hut and not the beach.
-When doing crafting/processing do not have the skip option reset. Right now I press skip, and once I finished crafting one object it's back to normal, having it be like when logging/fishing/mining would make it much faster.
