there are certain times when you cant look around with the arrow keys, like when in the point and click mode signified by the like green door with an arrow. When you first switch to a floor, you'll see that the area looks just a bit different, 3D looking. Likely, you'll be looking slightly downward at the floor. That's when you can use the arrow keys to look around. Hope this helps! :3
