It's currently unavoidable, but it will be avoidable in the full version. Also, harem NTR is a thing. If you combine the "Harem" and "NTR" tags in any r18 media, such as the doujinshi website, Pixv, booru / r34 site, and etc etc, you will get something like this.

Thats not what you tagged it as. You know damn well what expectations harem has as a tag, and this game fulfills none of. Its clear you are just a scammer, so its whatever. Ill just report the game and move on

All r18 sites, such as Itch.io, always have a feature to blacklist tags. If you use it well, you won't see any NTR pages again. I hope it can help. Have a nice day, and thank you for dropping by!
