this is a mod for Nuclear Throne. you'll need the game and Nuclear Throne Together to use it. Nuclear Throne was also made in GameMaker, so this mod will probably not be very useful for Unity development.
if you're interested in learning how to add damage numbers to your Unity game, there are many tutorials online. there are also assets available in the Unity asset store.
