I like the atmosphere you are creating. 

Some things that could use improvement:

Mouse sensitivity was really high (for me), which made it kind of hard to control.  

I could only get the interaction prompt to work with the mug.  Pressing E on the alarm clock didn't do anything.  Wasn't quite sure where to go after that. 

First person camera clipped through some of the environment.  There are some tricks to fix this issue - one of the easiest is utilizing cinemachine for your camera and applying a collider.   

Snap point for grabbing the mug (the only interaction that worked for me) was way off to the right so you couldn't see the object you were holding very well.  I'd recommend setting the snap point relative to the camera and test the perspective to make sure it orients well with the player's view.

Keep at it!  3D has a lot of finnicky things to hash out for a good experience, but as you pick up more and more tricks, your projects will exponentially improve!
