Maybe from a user who would print this out it looks like I would be printing 6 repeating full page images, and two mostly white pages or 8 sheets of paper and ink used to get the 8 pages of content and a title page.
It also looks like there are about 3 pages worth of area used for a grey pattern or empty space.
Could the two logo pages be placed behind the content maybe as a light grey backdrop when behind text with the large header blocks moved up to the top of the pages.
Would a two column layout allow the content to be condensed and allow the Demon Core logo to work as a background, with the photocopied pages as insets taking up a quarter of a page?
Or could you get this down to 10 pages or less?
PS What about CYCLOPS and FIST stamps for documents?
