This feels like a really complete for a jam game! I'd like to see more levels, but this one alone took me a few tries with a nice balance between working out the correct route and simply missed jumps at key moments. I can easily imagine more complicated levels with a more precise string of shifts between solid/liquid/gas. Being really picky, I'm not sure it's the most relevant take on the theme, but at the same time it's not hard to see how it matches up either.
