Not sure, I tried redownloading from the most recent release, and it wasn't reading in COMP/CON. Kept getting the same error.

Uhm.... A simple 'Yes' is insufficient at this time.
But I have deactivated most of them to run GMS Crisis Catalogue, same istuation.
Ahhh, dang, hmm. there's a new update to the lcp, so that might work! If it's not, I can ask a friend to take a look at the crisis core catalog lcp and see if they can see the issue!
Followed up, issue was my end. Had to delete local data, but it's working fine as of your last update
