I can't seem to get Logan to visit my house in Bareshade. I've help him at the sawmill and fulfilled the other requirements, but can't seem to trigger his chance visitation.
What triggers the chance encounter best: Rest for 1HR, entering and leaving the house, etc?
What's the min-max Like range you need with Logan?
