Oh this was really cute and nice! Looovee the style and the light-hearted vibe.
My one suggestions would be, possibly considering adding a shadow underneath the player/maybe objects? This is mostly because I had a bit of finicky trouble figuring out if I was in range of getting a coin, or how close I was to it. It's just a small thing though, so if you decide that simply doesn't fit the style then I think that'd also be fair!
