Great idea to take the crumbling floor puzzle and turn it into an endless runner.  Not sure if you used procedural generation for the levels or not but they don't appear obviously generated which is good.

One thing I'd suggest is making an area to the right of player spawn that can never be a gap.  I died an embarrassing number of times by holding right through the level change bit and then immediately falling to my doom.  Although you could probably leave it as-is and just chalk that up to player error...

Also that background music was a great choice.
