It's real. It's probably a false positive due to the nature of these old demos and virus scanners.
Yeah, Windows tends to do that quite a bit with games like this. It's just a warning saying "Hey, this 'thing' you downloaded may have a virus", it's just looking out for you
nah. i tryed it out. it doesnt look so bad. it does this on itch games sometimes. even if tthe game is a bit old.
