that's not an option for... eh, me? probably not just me did't have a +86 phone number

I think QQ does have an international version. Not pretty sure why you cannot register. If you are still interested, we can talk about replacement options anyway.

besides, the QQ did not got a language option?

Wow, I did not realize that QQ international lagged so many versions behind. Do you have anything in mind as a replacement?
