I don't think I'm able to progress with Julie at this point starting completely new Game, after 2nd masturbation scene and completing all of the other girls stories (including Linda's extras) Julie just doesn't masturbate in the morning and i can't rank up heart points with her other than exercising, which i was doing for whole 2 in game weeks to no avail. No extra scenes, no extra dialogue, seems like something is bugged. If you'd like let me know and i can provide you with a save state on which the issue occurs.

If Julie doesn't masturbate, in morning you should check in the kitchen, because that's where Julie is searching for food in the fridge, if you walk up to her and click the new button, she should be walking up to Linda's bedroom right away and you should see her masturbating or giving you a handjob. And you don't need to start a new game because you dont see any sex scenes at all. And the extra scene is at the afternoon, you will see Julie sitting on the side couch and you will talk to her (the extra dialogue) or you can ask her for a quickie which leads to a sex scene... and she will ask you to talk somewhere private which is MC room and she will ask you for sex. And you could progress the sex scene by going to her in the kitchen or the couch. And nothing is bugged. It's new.
