I don't know who "they" are, but they obviously don't know bunk about computer cleaning software. Unless you are an idiot, you can tell the difference between a good cleaner and a bad one. Plenty of trusted cleaning softwares are out there. FOR FREE!
They must have gotten a bad piece of software, because I use a few, and that's partly why I have good fps and ping during playtime.
