Probably the most immersive chatting simulator game I've ever seen. The setup is fantastic with both of the characters and their rooms displayed on either side of the screen in full detail. The interface is sensibly laid out on the edges, it's functional, fitting, and and unintrusive. The chat window displays things in a speedy and orderly manner with enough of the conversation shown to keep a good pace.
Art is gorgeous with a well chosen and consistent color scheme. Character designs are cute and have a wide range of expressions. I am in love with the detailed backgrounds that really anchor the characters as entities in a world with their own preferences and histories.
Music and sound all felt fully in touch with what the game was about. Having an original soundtrack is very impressive and makes the whole experience just that much more unique and tailored to the themes.
Writing gets the chatroom vibe across perfectly and manages to do a lot of character building even while using internet shorthand. There's a good range of choices and I really like that the game acknowledges them all by changing the dialogue direction and in the review at the end. It's refreshing to see that even a "wrong choice" can open up new lines of advice further in the conversation!
Beautiful art and memorable music create a very strong backdrop for the narrative in this perfectly executed and polished game!
