thanks! You roll a d20 4 times and write down 1 characteristic for each column. This is meant for inspiration for character creation and it is not for any particular game but Troika! comes to mind along with a dystopian police state setting. this was just my little entry to the 4d20 Jam by stations and just filled in their template.
