Hello I would recommend downloading winzip!It can run most folder types and you get get a tutorial if your having trouble getting it to work It helped me quite a lot! let me know if this helped or you've already got the issue sorted out! <3
I have winrar (Not winzip) and it doesnt work. for it to work (at least for me and most other people) it has to be a zip file.
