I understand, it's difficult for IOS users to get mods. The other way I know is downloading it off of some third-party website (which in itself is extremely risky).
I wouldn't recommend that for ANYONE. Not only is it supporting theft (unless the creator of said mod is the one who posted it) but like you said extremely risky.
