It mostly is if one tries to transliterate it in a wonky manner, and that's even considering the previous Latinic alphabet using a lot of unusual letters.

Anyway, here's how I would have done it:

Instead of semiconsonants (j, w) and vowel/consonant hybrids (i, u), the same letters could be consonants and vowels respectively instead. The fact that ü and ı are present would necessitate that.

I would have used some older versions of some of the present letters, but certain ones for relatively unusual consonants would be fine.

Latinic transliterations would have a mix of a Chinese, Vietnamese(ish), Maltese, and Turkic influence, due to the presence of hard voiced, hard voiceless/breathless, and hard breathy consonants, some pharyngeal consonants, and its very nature respectively.
