I am not understanding the issue. Can you elaborate? Do you mean that it is never stated that the protagonist stops fantasizing and the description is now about reality?

yeah it never stated that it was reality or not i got confused a little when reading it but i think the fact that it just was long and it seemed like it was reality ? if it wasn't then that was on me lel

I don't think it is stated explicitly, no. To me, the fact that at the end of the previous scene it said

As your imaginary landlady yadda yadda yadda...THE BELL RINGS!

"Coming!" she yells, and you couldn't agree more on those words.

Was enough of an indication that the fantasy got stopped by the actual ringing of the bell.

yeah that would be nice XD um I mean I played through a bunch lately and I like it a lot if you could finish the cream pie and cake scene I would love to do one of those
