Read The Whole Post For All the Info, Idk what subgenres there are for horror games.

Survival horror: The player character is vulnerable and under-armed, which puts emphasis on puzzle-solving and evasion, rather than the player taking an offensive strategy

Action horror: The player character has more combat options and resources, but still faces overwhelming odds and terrifying enemies

Stealth horror: The player character has little or no ability to fight back, and must rely on hiding, running, or outsmarting the enemies

Psychological horror: The game focuses on creating a disturbing atmosphere and messing with the player’s mind, rather than relying on jump scares or gore

Reaction/Jump scare horror: The game uses sudden loud noises, flashes of images, or unexpected events to startle the player and elicit a strong emotional response

Combination Of Survival Horror, Stealth Horror, And Reaction/Jump scare horror.

Ohhhh sounds great! I am very open to sound designing and even composing music if you would allow me. I am very much available to start working on this project as soon as next week. Please just send me an asset list for all the sounds you would require and I can get to work on this ASAP.

Ok cool thanks! I Dont have any sound assets so maybe you could tell me what sounds you think should be added.

Oh i mean like a list of what kind of sounds you were looking for. For example (monster scream, human scream, jump scare sounds, creaking floor, footsteps) it would be a lot easier if you could send me photos of what the game would look like or at least references to other games you want it to look like.

Creaking floor no we will be outside in a graveyard in game but everything else yes, I have no references only concepts in my head of how it would look like

okay I can get started on some graveyard ambiences. keep me updated when you need other sounds. Is their an email I can send the sounds to?
