I'm not seeing anything in my email! But I did see their note about how they would send when the order is processed. Is it possible the order is still processing? I have a pending charge but other than that I didn't get an email or anything. I am kind of worried I mis-typed my email D:
If your charge is still pending, chances are that the order hasn't been processed yet. However, if the status doesn't change in a couple of days, please send an email to customer.niftyvisuals[at]gmail.com from the email address you have ordered with and we will get in touch with the payment platform.
