What do you mean by the quick start having enough for you to participate?
Basically, I want to make stuff for Rune but don't own Rune, so I was wondering if the Quick Start Edition would have enough material for me to competently make my own thing for this jam.
Oh! I would imagine it gives you enough understanding of the game to make something for the jam.
