I really liked the art of the game, it´s pretty cool the variations of colors. Idk about the lore, but is kinda spooky (idk how to explain it) and i like it. i think is about the immune system fighting with something inside a person.
U should add some info ingame for the player, like a health bar, sounds when u get hit and maybe a different final animation of the bullet when u make damage to an objetive, just to difference when u doing something or not. I really liked the sounds u choosed and the music was pretty inmersive, idk where did u got it but is awesome. Best wishes now and, keep the good work.
