its a lil tricky but you can use cheat engine.
scan for an unknown value
lose a bit of health then scan for a decreased value
do that a few times to reduce the amount of values
maybe even let the health recover a little and scan for an increased value
once you get it you can lock the health value down and do whatever you want in front of as many people as you want.
