I really liked this one, maybe even more than I thought I would.

I'm not generally a fan of this visual style, but it grew on me. There were a few minor flaws like a particle effect that broke the picture-perfect illusion, and the rock that's way bigger than the hole in the ground, but overall it's very visually consistent. The combination of sound effects and visuals was very cute and charming.

I think the gameplay concept is based on Pikmin, but I've never played Pikmin, so it feels fresh to me. Maybe a bit of Lemmings influence (IIRC Lemmings influenced Pikmin so that's not surprising). I found the balance puzzle a bit frustrating but I really liked the gameplay overall.

The biggest issue is that for me is that this game, even in demo form, is too long to complete in one session, and gave me that typical game jam "you can't save and you don't know if this game is stable" anxiety. If this is expanded to a full game it'll really need some kind of save mechanic. I got just past the movable stone, into the eastern-western forest, and then ran out of time.

I'm not sure how "magical girl" this really is, but considering how charming it is I'm inclined to let that slide.
