Thanks for your feedback. Put more points into Agility. I also advise you to buy Boots in the store. You can also collect items with additional speed bonuses. The speed feels slow only at the beginning of the game.
I put several points into agility and my character is still crawling across the map to kill a single rat. I think that the speed floor should be higher so that the stat doesn't feel like a tax on the player.
