Users of the Itch app playing your game might show up as a download. This is because the Itch app downloads browser games in the background, to make the experience smoother.

Thank you for your comment. Your answer is correct. I have verified that, but when clicking on the download button, one download is added, and when the actual download is finished, another download is added for the same game. We conclude that it calculates two downloads for each person who wants to download one game in itchapp, and this is clear. It's a technical error on the Dachbord page
