Regarding your question: we're currently working towards the full release at the end of this year. For that version, no voice acting is planned.
After that, however, we will be thinking about the additional content that has been requested (voice acting, more physical rewards such as a limited edition artbook, etc.) But we will only start putting together tangible plans after the game's full release.
