Nice idea! It was fun playing with the physics. If you fall a particular way the tape is underground however and it's quite hard to throw it and go in a particular direction (and then go on to finish the level without running out of tape). Perhaps having a score based on least tape used & time and no limit to the amount of tape you can use would be an improvement? :)

I made some changes  so, now the tape moves to the the hand that doesn't collide with the floor.

- I decreased the tape cooldown.

- Increased throw power.

- One more level.

- I kept the limits because it makes the game hard and the difficulty is a main part of my game.(like getting over it for example).
