The house has only two rooms, and the bucket is over a barrel, If you cannot pick it up, maybe you found a bug. I will have a look about it. Also I will add a new sentence on Cecily dialogs where you can ask again where the bucket is (and not just thank you for the bucket). Try to save and load the game to try to solve this issue, the bucket should be respawned when the game is loaded. Sorry for the incoveniences.
