Hello Dusk. Thank you so much for letting us know about this. I'm sorry you experienced problems with unzipping the file. We have not implemented anything special that needs to be done to get access to the file. I've been researching a bit to see if I can find a solution to this problem for you and I found a few articles. This one is from Microsoft. It explains how to access and give permissions so that the file can be extracted. If these do not work please let me know, and I will send another separate zip file or a steam key to you (whichever you would prefer).
